By accessing or using FutureSpaceLab, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What FutureSpaceLab is

FutureSpaceLab is a website and collection of apps, including profile features, chat/social features, app launcher/shop features, games, learning tools, and health-related tools. Some features may require signing in or connecting a third-party account.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

4. User content and conduct

You may not use FutureSpaceLab to post, upload, transmit, or create content that:

• harasses, threatens, abuses, or targets others;
• is hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal;
• contains malware, phishing, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service;
• infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• tries to bypass security, access another user’s account, scrape private data, or attack the service.

5. Health app disclaimer

FutureSpaceLab may include health, food, exercise, and Withings-related features. These features are for personal tracking and informational use only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical questions or decisions.

6. Third-party services

FutureSpaceLab may integrate with third-party services such as Firebase, Cloudflare, Withings, Discord, or other services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Digital items and shop features

FutureSpaceLab may include virtual profile frames, profile picture borders, app buttons, unlockable rewards, or other digital items. These items are for use inside FutureSpaceLab only. They may be changed, removed, reset, or made unavailable if needed to operate or improve the service.

8. Intellectual property

FutureSpaceLab, its design, code, artwork, branding, and app content are owned by FutureSpaceLab or its respective creators, except where third-party content is used under license or fair use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit the service without permission.

9. Service availability

FutureSpaceLab is provided as-is and as-available. We may update, interrupt, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be online, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureSpaceLab and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FutureSpaceLab if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational problems.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as FutureSpaceLab changes. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use of FutureSpaceLab after changes means you accept the updated terms.
